Fellowship Program Manager
We are seeking a creative & experienced Program Manager, who will be responsible for supporting the education team’s efforts in building our base and cultivating emerging leaders in the green economy.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative & experienced Program Manager, who will be responsible for supporting the education team’s efforts in building our base and cultivating emerging leaders in the green economy.
Successful candidates will be values-driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and have experience in facilitation, advocacy and organizing. They will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities, a keen sense of urgency, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Education Director and team to manage and grow Green For All’s Fellowship Program.
- In coordination with the Director, maintain annual budgets and expense tracking procedures for the Program.
- Organize Academy trainings & Fellow convenings, including on-site logistics, agendas, participant travel, and materials development.
- Facilitate and moderate panels as needed at trainings and convenings.
- Help plan the strategic targeting of new Fellows, promote nominations, recruit and review nominees, and select participants.
- Support Fellows and Fellowship Candidates by organizing regular conference calls, managing an online forum, coordinating monthly newsletter, organizing bi-monthly webinars and providing them strategic guidance and coaching for their term of service.
- Support Fellowship Candidates by guiding the timely submission of reports and processing of stipend payments.
- Identify ways to highlight Fellow’s and Fellowship Candidate’s work and provide national leadership development opportunities.
- Work with appropriate staff to develop curricula and training materials as needed.
- Be point-of-contact at Green For All for Fellows and Fellowship Candidates to serve them and integrate their work into the organization.
- Coordinate with other Green For All staff to ensure that the Fellowship is complementing and supporting other strategic objectives of Green For All.
- Work with the Online and Communications teams to promote the Fellowship, keep the webpage up to date, and report the program’s successes to our members, donors, and the public.
- Work with the Strategic Growth team to raise the funds necessary to support and grow the Fellowship Program.
- Engage interns and volunteers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (related degree preferable).
- Availability to travel and work long hours; be available on nights and weekends if necessary.
- 3-5 years experience working in one or more of the following areas: organizing in communities of color, energy, environment, economic development, electoral campaigns, labor relations, workforce development, and anti-poverty work.
- Organized and flexible.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capacity to multi-task and manage short- and long-term deadlines.
- Intermediate computer and database management skills.
- Group facilitation and training skills.
- Experience in project management and event production.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful community organizing campaigns in low-income communities and communities of color.
- Ability to work independently and also to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
