Forgotten Communities

Hello,

I am an Environmental Rights Activist in San Francisco.  There is the Shipyard/Candlestick project.  It is touted as being built as one of the greenest in the Country.  The city officials have forgotten that it is being built in an underserved low-income community.  I have a viable "Green Jobs Training'' program for District 10.  Can we apply for the grants to see that this community and others become Envioronmentally and Economically Self Sustaining with some of the 1billion 200 million dollars set aside in the stimulus for Green jobs, Green jobs training programs and workforce development.  If we don't our Mayor won't.  Thanks  Please send any suggestions or referrals to [email protected]
