Opportunities for individuals
Up to Importance of partnerships in qualifying for training grantsI am interested in starting a Green job training program, but have not established a formal business as of yet. Will I be able to access your resources as an individual in the process of starting a business and apply for funding? Please advise. Thanks.
We are a minority owned father-son green janitorial business in San Francisco. Our workers are also minorities working their way out of poverty. Are there any grant monies available to us?
We at Bridgeway Inc. a small non-profit organization in Philadelphia, are interested in creating a Green Job Training Program for our immediate neighborhood residents. We also intend to create social entrepreneurs and enviromental builders out of our group beginning with Weatherization projects in our Upper North Philadelphia community.
Please advise. Thanks!
I am 65 years old, have a wealth of work experiences, but no interest in retiring, and am willing to travel daily in Virginia and North Carolina from my home in Virginia Beach, including some overnight travel, if necessary. How can I best use my organizing and communications skills on behalf of green jobs and the green economy?
I asked a question earlier about if monies were available to my GREEN janitorial business owned by myself and my son who are African Americans and have workers, also, African American, all of whom are working ourselves out of poverty in San Francisco. We are also making our own GREEN cleaning products which we plan to sell to our customers and the public.
So, again, wanted to know if there are grant monies available to us for our short term and long term projects???
