Coaching Program
In an effort to support early stage green businesses, Green For All is thrilled to launch our fourth annual Business Coaching Program. By pairing certified business coaches from the International Coaching Federation with green entrepreneurs, our program empowers business owners to grow their organizations and create green jobs. Specifically, our business coaches help selected entrepreneurs: (1) boost clarity and focus for their ventures, (2) craft a cohesive action plan for growing their business, (3) prioritize tasks and (4) set accountability mechanisms.

Program Requirements

Entrepreneurs: For-profit companies should have 1-3 years of operating experience with a focus on green products, sustainable services, or renewable energy. Non-profit companies should have an established or planned social enterprise model, work with under-served communities to provide pathways out of poverty, and focus on both employment and the environment through green job creation, support, or training. Special preference will be extended to women and minority-owned or operated organizations, as well as enterprises located in or serving vulnerable communities.

Mentoring Program
In partnership with Accenture, Green For All is proud to host the third year of the Business Mentoring Program that pairs Accenture executives with established green entrepreneurs. Accenture Mentors work with leading entrepreneurs to address challenges in core business competency areas such as strategic business planning, human resources and financial operations.

Program Requirements

Entrepreneurs must have at least two years of operating experience, positive revenues and an interest in growing their businesses with operational support from Accenture executives. Their businesses should be focused on green products, sustainable services or renewable energy. Special preference will be extended to women and minority-owned or operated organizations, as well as enterprises located in or serving vulnerable communities.
